At the time we worked with Michelle Hattie. We had no idea what we were doing and what we should/shouldn’t include in the sale and purchase agreement.  Within hours of signing the agreement, Michelle was on the phone to us and renegotiated new conditions with the vendor’s solicitor to ensure we were fully protected.

A memorable example of this care, which was particularly beneficial to us, was when we were bidding on a mortgagee sale property. There was a risk that the original owner might strip the property or refuse to move out, and because of the terms of the mortgage, we could have been faced with a difficult eviction procedure and with no comeback if anything was stolen or damaged. Rachael was in the background advising, checking and double checking throughout and ensured things were resolved to our complete satisfaction.

The great thing about Rachael is she takes control and just gets on with it, keeping us updated along the way, but without needing to be chased – she just does it.
